Call for Papers :

Interested parties wishing to present a paper within the scope of the congress are invited to submit the title of their intended paper andpreliminary abstract of no more than 200 words to the congress organizers.

All accepted papers are to be included in the conference proceedings. Authors presenting papers at the congress will be given a reduced participation fee.
